We built Livaro because that moment deserved a better solution. Not another search engine. Not another favorites list. A real decision-making tool, one that helps you understand why a home rises to the top, documents the journey along the way, and keeps your agent in the loop without you having to explain everything from scratch every time you talk.

We give home shoppers the tools to organize, rank, and compare every home they're considering, and we give agents real-time visibility into exactly where their clients are in the decision process. No more guessing. No more starting from scratch every conversation. Just clarity, on both sides.
Who we are
Livaro was founded by Micah Parker, a licensed California Realtor and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. After working in real estate and helping buyers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, he realized that home search platforms helped people find homes, but not choose them. He created Livaro to make the buying journey more organized, thoughtful, and buyer-focused.
